We’re supporting Smart Works
We love supporting charities close to our heart, and this March we’re excited to be partnering with Smart Works. The UK charity dresses and coaches unemployed women for interview and job success, empowering them with the confidence and practical skills to secure employment and transform their lives.
About Smart Works
Founded in 2013, Smart Works has supported over 45,000 women across its 11 centres. A large proportion of the women who approach Smart Works have already applied for over 50 jobs with no success, but 63% secure a job within a month of their first appointment with the charity.
This year, Smart Works will open its 12th centre in Bristol, and by April will be supporting 10,000 women across the UK each year.
Both the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis have had a detrimental impact on the women Smart Works supports. With more women struggling to secure employment and financial security, the charity’s work has never been more important.
Donate clothes
Donating your preloved workwear helps Smart Works’ clients feel confident and look their best at a pivotal moment in their lives. Smart Works also accepts donations of other preloved clothing, which are sold at the charity’s fashion sales to raise funds for its vital services.

We’re delighted to be supporting Smart Works throughout March, in honour of Women’s History Month. For every sale of our anthurium ‘lilli’ plant Rachel, Rachel in Glass and Rachel & Pot between 1st–31st March, we’ll be donating £1 to the charity.
