• About this compost

  This garden compost is the perfect choice for people who care as much about the environment as they do about their plants. 

  100% peat-free, Melcourt SylvaGrow® is made of sustainable materials. It mixes fine bark and wood fibre, which are by-products of the management of British forests, and coir, aka coconut fibre. It’s so good that it’s endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, the gold standard of gardening in Britain.

  This compost is suitable for plants in pots and flower beds, or you can even use it as a growbag for tomato plants and other vegetables. It’s naturally packed with nutrients, which will keep your plants fed for 4-6 weeks. A 15 litre bag should be enough to plant up 3-4 large pots, or lots of smaller ones.
